CARAVAN - Robin Pineda Gould
Caravan is a series of portraits of a young migrant community engaged in language integration at school in a working-class neighbourhood in Montreal. Blending documentary with poetic staging, the film unfolds through a series of tableaux that reveal the humanity of groups often discriminated against or marginalised.

DIVE - Oscar Sansom
Dive is inspired by French artist Yves Klein and his iconic colour International Klein Blue, one of the most recognisable shades of blue in the world. Combining idiosyncratic choreography with striking, stylised imagery, the film results in a visually compelling work performed by Scottish Ballet, in which colour and movement take centre stage.

MISFIT - Conner Bell
On her way home after a dance rehearsal, a young woman’s thoughts begin to unravel. Past and present intertwine as she questions her identity and her place in the world. Misfit is an intimate portrait of inner turmoil and self-exploration.

RAISED BY KRUMP - Maceo Frost
Raised by Krump explores the dance style krumping, which originated in Los Angeles. The film shows how this raw and expressive form has shaped the lives of some of the scene’s leading dancers, portraying krump as more than dance: an outlet, a community and a way of life.
