In this heated "solo for two" Eminem is explosively retorted by two dancers: two connected bodies that sometimes coincide but also have their own identity. Without embarrassment, they share this discord with the audience.
About dance performance WE, the SHAMELESS
Shameless here means: unbridled curiosity about that which is radically different. The two performers merge into one collective body only to disintegrate again into two different guises that show divergent sides of the same personality. In between, the inner voice appears and disappears on screen. Ironic or deadly serious, as projection or concoction.
There is no spoken dialogue in this performance.

About Emio Greco and Pieter C. Scholten
The choreographer duo Emio Greco | Pieter C. Scholten, operating under the name ICK since 2009, has been creating intense, physical dance performances since 1996, where the intuitive, curious body takes center stage. A body in revolt as well, one that refuses to conform to imposed (dance) forms, but elevates itself through its movement across time, space, and form. With this uncompromising starting point, the company has developed a distinctive movement vocabulary, which is characteristic of their entire body of work. In 2021, the duo received the Golden Swan for their entire oeuvre, in recognition of their significant contribution to Dutch dance and their international appeal. .
