In the theatrical dance performance Sorry not sorry, five Sims avatars develop a new skill: saying Sorry, in the hope of outsmarting the life simulation.
About Sorry not sorry
In Sorry not sorry, five Sims avatars (three female dancers and two male mimes) meet each other carefree. Inspired by the computer game The Sims 2000, they start their life simulation on a lot with a house under construction. They train skills and fulfill basic needs. But when the pool ladder suddenly disappears, the bed is no longer in place, and an intense mirror session fails to raise their charisma skill, their fun meter quickly drains. The desire to act autonomously burns inside them, but the controls seem unbreakable.
During the dance party, the avatars get caught up in attack modes and unrestrained shouting matches. To outsmart the simulation, they invent a new skill: saying Sorry. They spiral into a cycle of painful, nonchalant, unbelievable, and hilarious apologies. It turns out that saying sorry is an artful skill.
