Fear Me is a physical performance about fear, fear that settles inside you and takes over. About wanting to stay in control when every alarm in your body is already going off. About a system that is constantly on high alert. About thoughts that keep forcing their way in.
About the dance performance Fear Me
Fear Me is a performance driven by personal urgency. It explores what happens in a body when tension becomes embedded. About not knowing. About the space where light offers no certainty and darkness sometimes becomes protection.
Fear Me does not romanticise fear. It shows exhaustion. The struggle for control. But also the strength that emerges when you keep moving — even when everything inside you tells you to stop.
Fear Me is a raw performance. On stage, there is one actor and two dancers. Together they move between panic and hope, between stillness and explosion, between holding on and letting go. They are not searching for explanations, but for sensations — for lightness in what is heavy and for weight in what appears clear.
