In Belgium today, a young boy and an adolescent girl who have travelled alone from Africa pit their invincible friendship against the cruel conditions of their exile. As always, the Dardennes work with inexperiences actors and the results are stunnining. Tori and lokita was awarded a special prize at the 75th Cannes film festival.
