We all have a chimera, something we are trying to attain but will never really find. In 1980s Tuscany, the Tombaroli group of grave robbers steal Etruscan relics from ancient tombs and sell them on the black market. Englishman Arthur joins them, trying to fill the void that was left after he lost his great love Beniamina. On an adventurous journey between life and death, between country and city and between parties and loneliness, everyone is connected by the search for their chimera.
