Moving coming-of-age film about Cléo and her nanny Gloria, featuring an especially strong performance by young actress Louise Mauroy-Panzani.
Six-year old Cléo is raised in Paris by her Capeverdian nanny Gloria, while her single father is rarely present. Cléo and Gloria are inseparable. When Gloria receives a phone call from her family she needs to rush home in order to take care of her own children. Cléo is going to spe3nd the summer in Cape Verde with her and these months will shape their last memories together, before parting ways.
The film premiered at the cannes Film Festival as opening film of the Semaine de la Critique.
