Lees deze pagina in het Nederlands
A young literary agent travels to Switzerland to persuade world-renowned The Talented Mr. Ripley author Patricia Highsmith (Helen Mirren) to write another book in the Ripley thriller series.
However, his efforts soon take an ominous turn when it becomes clear that the eccentric writer is playing a psychological game of her own. This delicious chamber thriller marks the first feature film in more than a decade from Dutch photographer and director Anton Corbijn (Control, The American, A Most Wanted Man). The film is based on the 2014 play Switzerland and stars Helen Mirren, Alden Ehrenreich, Olivia Cooke and Juliet Stevenson. The film will have its world premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival.
